On May 14th, a delegation led by Ren Lixia, Vice Chairman of the Political Consultative Conference of Guazhou County, Gansu Province, and Kong Lingyuan, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Guazhou Industrial Concentration Zone, visited ZH Energy Storage Changsha Company for on-site inspection and exchange. Senior executives such as Xie Wei, co-founder and chief scientist of ZH Energy Storage, accompanied and participated in the discussion. Both sides will leverage the advantages of Guazhou's wind and solar resources according to local conditions, actively promote the development of the entire new energy industry chain, and build an integrated development pattern of "wind, solar, fire, and hydrogen storage" for exchanges. Guazhou is known as the "World Wind Farm", with a usable area of 10000 square kilometers and an annual effective utilization time of over 3000 hours of wind energy. Its wind energy reserves exceed 40 million kilowatts and it belongs to the national second-class wind resource zone; Solar energy resources are abundant, with over 3300 hours of sunshine throughout the year and over 2000 hours of effective utilization per year. It belongs to the national first-class light resource zone and is one of the regions with early development of the new energy industry in China. At present, 16.67 million kilowatts of installed electricity have been built, and the scale of installed electricity under construction is 3.25 million kilowatts. Wind power installation accounts for 45% of the province's total, earning it the title of "the first county in China's wind power installation" and being awarded the title of "Top 100 Counties in China's New Energy Industry" multiple times. 11 energy storage power stations have been built, with a total capacity of 517 megawatt hours. The construction of 6 energy storage power stations is accelerating, with a total capacity of 11000 megawatt hours. We strive to build the largest centralized energy storage demonstration base in the northwest region during the 14th Five Year Plan period.
