The Shenzhen Innovation Competition is an authoritative public welfare innovation and entrepreneurship competition organized by the Torch High tech Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology and hosted by the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Committee. This year's Deep Innovation Competition covers seven industries and has attracted 7852 successful registrations from 39 countries and regions. The number of participating projects has reached a new high, including 3350 in the enterprise group and 4502 in the team group. After multiple rounds of intense competition, ZH Energy Storage stood out with its unique technological innovation and research and development capabilities, and was awarded the second prize in the new energy industry enterprise group. Liquid flow battery technology, as a modern renewable energy storage technology, has shown strong potential in energy storage and application, and has broad application prospects in the field of renewable energy. Liquid flow battery energy storage systems have advantages such as high safety, long lifespan, high efficiency, and scalability. At the same time, there are also market pain points: high initial installation costs and long cost recovery periods.
A new type of liquid flow battery energy storage system that neutralizes energy storage, while ensuring safety, long-term, and high performance, starts from key front-end materials to reduce system EPC costs: joint development of graphite felt to reduce costs; Independently developed catalyst preparation and loading technology (mature technology, has obtained 2 patent applications); Independently developing low-cost and high-performance ion exchange membranes; Developing new sulfur iron electrolytes (reducing electrolyte material costs by 90%), etc.
