【 Summary 】Including bidding for the 300MW/1000MWh Fengyuan and 4MW/24MWh all vanadium flow battery energy storage system projects in Linzhou, Henan, and Hailuo, Chaohu

1. Procurement and Service Bidding for DC Side Equipment of Chaohu Conch 4MW/24MWh Vanadium Liquid Flow Battery Energy Storage System

On October 16th, the bidding announcement for the procurement and service of DC side equipment for the 4MW/24MWh all vanadium flow battery energy storage system of Chaohu Conch was released. The project is planned to construct a 4MW/24MWh all vanadium flow battery energy storage system in the vacant land of Chaohu Conch Cement Co., Ltd. in Chaohu City, Anhui Province. In this phase, a 4MW/24MWh all vanadium flow battery energy storage system will be built, using 8 sets of rated capacity 0.5MW 13MWh all vanadium flow energy storage batteries, 2 sets in series, connected to 4 1MW energy storage converters, and then boosted to 6kV through 2 2200KVA transformers (each transformer is connected to 2 1MW energy storage converters using Dyy connection group). The energy storage power station is connected to Section I of the Chaohu Hailuo 6kV busbar through one 6kV access point. The electrolyte for this project is leased, and the bidder's supply scope should include the electrolyte. The quotation should include the first-year rental fee.



2. 300MW/1000MWh! EPC bidding for Henan Anyang Lithium Iron Phosphate+Vanadium Liquid Flow Independent Shared Energy Storage Project

On October 17th, the EPC general contracting of the Fengyuan 300MW/1000MWh independent shared new energy storage project in Linzhou was publicly tendered. The project is located in Linzhou City, Anyang City, Henan Province. The total investment of the project is 1.79 billion yuan, and it is planned to construct a 200MW/400MWh lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system, a 100MW/600MWh all vanadium flow battery energy storage system, a 220KV booster station, and synchronous construction of transmission lines.
The rated capacity of the all vanadium liquid flow energy storage system includes several 42KW stack units, each with an energy storage capacity of 500KWh. The technical requirements include a cycle life of 3000 times, the system should maintain 90% rated power output in the event of single or multiple stack unit failures, and a charge discharge efficiency of 85%.
The bidding scope includes the first section of the Linzhou Fengyuan 300MW/1000MWh independent shared new energy storage project, EPC engineering general contracting, including but not limited to the survey, design, procurement, construction, trial operation, delivery and training, service, guidance and maintenance of the construction content of this project (including the design and approval of the grid connection scheme), as well as the repair of engineering defects and quality warranty work during the defect liability period.
