Promote the manufacturing of key flywheel energy storage equipment and its demonstration application in power system frequency regulation and rail transit energy recovery. Strengthen the integrated optimization research and key component manufacturing of high-capacity and long-term energy storage technologies such as compressed air and compressed carbon dioxide, promote the reduction of full cycle usage costs, and guide the construction of pilot projects in multi-scale peak shaving application scenarios. Actively promote the innovative application of new energy storage technologies in areas such as super fast charging facilities, battery swapping facilities, vehicle network interaction, and virtual power plants, support user side business models such as shared energy storage and cloud energy storage, explore new energy storage in conjunction with nuclear power peak shaving and frequency regulation, and promote the diversified and integrated development of new energy storage.
